Tiger Woods was speeding at time of crash, no evidence of impairment: police

Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva said Tuesday that there was no evidence PGA golfer Tiger Woods was impaired at the time of a crash that left him badly injured, but said it appears he was speeding when the rollover occurred.
