U.S. sees 60% drop in COVID-19 county hotspots across the country: CDC

During a White House COVID-19 response briefing on Monday, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) director Dr. Rochelle Walensky said the percentage of counties in the U.S. with high levels of COVID-19 transmission, known as “red zones,” has dropped down to 60 per cent.
