Nova Scotia will officially have a new premier on Tuesday. Premier Stephen McNeil announced last summer he was stepping down after 17 years in politics. Iain Rankin was voted in by the Liberal Party and will be sworn in Tuesday, when he will also announce his cabinet. Alicia Draus has more.
