U.S. transportation officials are investigating what caused a catastrophic engine failure on board a Boeing 777 on Saturday. Debris from a commercial airliner fell onto Denver, Colorado suburbs during an emergency landing, with one very large piece narrowly missing a home. The plane landed safely and nobody aboard or on the ground was reported hurt, authorities said.
