North Toronto Cat Rescue has less than two weeks to find its cats a new home. The no-kill shelter hasn’t been granted the proper licence by the City of Vaughan to operate, forcing it to close its doors by March 1. The volunteer group is pleading with the city and residents for help in saving the cats’ home. Miranda Anthistle reports.
