Toronto and Peel Region push back on provincial COVID-19 reopening plan

Overall cases of COVID-19 may be dropping, but the medical officers of health for Peel Region and Toronto say variant cases pose a serious threat. Both have told the province’s top doctor that easing restrictions next week is the wrong move. Matthew Bingley reports.
