Following a Feb. 14 storm in Texas, parts of the Lone Star state were blanketed in snow on Monday. The National Weather Service expected snowfalls of more than four inches (10.16 cm) in some parts of the Dallas-Fort Worth area, as well as in the Red River Counties, Waco and Palestine areas.
