Speaking to the media on Thursday, Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister blasted Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the federal government over their lack of a made-in-Canada COVID-19 vaccine supply, saying their strategy of Canada first was in danger of becoming “Canada last” due to vaccine delays.
