‘This is insulting’: Durham Region under fire for Black History Month ‘activity’

An activity created by the Region of Durham to educate its staff about Black history has backfired. Community members say challenging people to “talk to a Black employee” and “dance to a Reggae song” is juvenile and insulting. Miranda Anthistle has the details.
