COVID-19: City of Calgary reopens rinks and pools; community associations left with difficult decisions

The City of Calgary will be reopening three arenas and four pools to help get kids back to practising. The move is in response to the province’s surprise move to allow limited youth training again amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. But as Carolyn Kury de Castillo reports, it’s left community associations wondering if it makes sense for them to reopen their facilities.
