The leader of the Democratic team prosecuting former president Donald Trump in his impeachment trial, Jamie Raskin, said on Wednesday that Trump was the “inciter-in-chief” behind the violent mob assault on the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, making a pun on the term commander-in-chief, normally used to refer to an American president.
