The province has decided to throw a last-minute curveball ahead of its Step 1 COVID-19 relaunch this Monday. The Alberta government announced Saturday children and youth in minor sports and athletics will be allowed to participate in lessons, practices and conditioning activities indoors and outdoors. But as Chris Chacon reports, amid the excitement there was also confusion.
