On ‘The West Block’ former MP Celina Caesar-Chavannes weighs in on the allegations of inappropriate behaviour against Canada’s former top soldier Gen. Jonathan Vance and the allegations of workplace harassment against former Governor General Julie Payette. Caesar-Chavannes says “I know based on my own experiences, especially in the last nine days of the 42 parliament, that those kinds of treatments of individuals, I would believe them before I believe that the government didn’t actually know what was going on or that people were experiencing things differently. If everybody experiences things differently, it might be their problem and not everybody else’s.”
