Nova Scotia Liberal Leader Iain Rankin on Saturday, asked why he seemed “shell-shocked” about winning, said it was a “monumental” moment and while he believed he was going to win, it still was an important time for him and his family. Asked about being one of the youngest premier-designates, he said it’s “time for the next chapter” and felt his ability to listen to others was part of why he won the leadership race.
