Nova Scotia Liberal leader and premier-designate Iain Rankin on Saturday, after winning the leadership race, thanked outgoing Premier Stephen McNeil for his work. He said that while elected by Liberals he would be a “premier for all” and said he would work to not only continue to respond to COVID-19 and its variants, but also work on economic recovery.
