Coronavirus: Marc Miller defends prioritizing Indigenous communities in vaccine rollout

Minister of Indigenous Services Marc Miller defended the prioritization of Indigenous people in the vaccine rollout process when asked about it Thursday, saying it’s science-based and it’s not a “matter of politics or opinion.” Vaccinations were underway across the country for 320 First Nations and Inuit communities as of Feb. 3.
