Nova Scotia will set up its first community-based vaccine clinic later this month to begin vaccinating Nova Scotians 80-year-old and up. As Jesse Thomas reports, despite a temporary lull in the amount of vaccines available to the province, Nova Scotia officials say efforts remain on track.
