Hundreds detained in Moscow during protests following Alexei Navalny prison sentence

Hundreds of supporters of Russian opposition leader and Kremlin critic Alexei Navalny were detained on Tuesday night during protests after he was sentenced to three-and-a-half years in prison. According to reports, police detained more than 900 people at the protests that took place both before and after the sentencing.
