When asked by Conservative Leader Erin O’Toole if he could “guarantee in writing” Canada’s COVID-19 vaccine supply from Europe, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said on Tuesday that they have “received strong assurances” from European Union (EU) leadership that Canada’s deliveries of Pfizer and Moderna vaccines “would not be disrupted by these new transparency measures.”
