Coronavirus: Parents of intellectually disabled Quebecers calling for vaccine priority

Parents of people living with intellectual and developmental disabilities want more support from the provincial government. They’re demanding above all that their loved-ones be moved higher up on the priority list for COVID-19 vaccinations. As Global’s Phil Carpenter explains, the parents claim their children are more at risk and therefore need the protection.
