Marcia Anderson, public health lead for the Manitoba First Nations Pandemic Response Coordination Team, said Monday that First Nations people over age 60 would receive the vaccination as part of Stage 2 of the vaccine rollout. This is to address “higher levels of risk” among First Nations people, she explained.
