In an emotional response to Manitoba’s police watchdog not recommending charges against a Winnipeg police officer who shot and killed 16-year-old Eishia Hudson, the teen’s father William Hudson said Thursday that “systemic racism is alive” and that he believes it’s “strongly” in the police force.
