New report highlights plunge in global shark and ray populations

A new study shows a stunning decline in two critical ocean species. The report led in part by Simon Fraser university researchers – says the global populations of sharks and rays – have plunged by a shocking rate over the last fifty years. Linda Aylesworth has the details.
