There are renewed calls for Ottawa to ban non-essential travel as new variants of the coronavirus continue to spread across the globe. So far, B.C. has seen only a handful of cases of the mutated virus but as Andrea Macpherson reports, experts caution the federal government needs to act now or face big trouble this spring.
