White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said on Monday that President Joe Biden will sign a presidential proclamation to reduce the spread of COVID-19 through travel and has decided on the medical advice of the coronavirus response team to maintain restrictions previously placed on European Schengen Area, United Kingdom, Ireland and Brazil.
