As advocates continue to argue in favour of an exception to the curfew rule for those experiencing homelessness, a new University of Ottawa study shows that the Montreal homeless population accounts for 40 per cent of all tickets given out by police. And as Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports, some argue that this is more evidence that Quebec’s premier needs to act.
