U.S. President Joe Biden said Thursday that his administration has made it mandatory for travellers entering the United States by air to be tested for COVID-19 before boarding a flight into the country, and that travellers would need to quarantine upon arrival. He also said masks would be mandatory on planes, trains and buses moving between states.
