As fewer wineries produce ice wine this year, consumers may see an increase in price for the premium product

It’s already produced in small quantities and now it looks as though there will be even less ice wine made this year here in the Okanagan A lot fewer wineries have registered to produce the premium wine this season and as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the pandemic may be partly to blame.
