Coronavirus: Harris’ hope is to emerge from pandemic ‘with new wisdom’

U.S. vice-president elect Kamala Harris spoke Tuesday, the night before the presidential inauguration, at a memorial honouring COVID-19 victims, saying her hope is that the nation emerges “with a new wisdom to cherish simple moments, to imagine new possibilities and to open our hearts.”
