Ian Anderson House, one of the many residential hospices in Ontario, relies on volunteers to provide support to the staff so the staff can focus on bedside care. Most recently a new volunteer came on board, 92-year-old Audrey Thomson, and she’s been making a difference ever since. Susan Hay has the story.
