China said on Thursday that it “strictly enforces” COVID-19 prevention measures after two members of the World Health Organization’s (WHO) international team of experts were held back in Singapore after testing positive for coronavirus antibodies. The WHO-led team arrived in Wuhan on Thursday to investigate origins of the virus.
