A Montreal restaurant is seeking to launch a class-action lawsuit against food delivery companies for commission fees that are considered abusive. Deli Boyz is the lead plaintiff in the case that is targeting food apps like Uber Eats, Door Dash and Skip the Dishes. Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports.
