Champagne, Garneau say they were never asked by PM if they’re running for re-election in a potential 2021 federal election

New Innovation Minister François-Philippe Champagne and Foreign Affairs minister Marc Garneau both said they were not asked by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau if they’d run for re-election in a potential 2021 Canadian federal election, as they began their new cabinet roles on Tuesday.
