U.S. House Democrats on Friday discussed bringing forward articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump in response to violence that occurred on Wednesday when a pro-Trump mob entered the Capitol building. If passed on the House floor, Trump would be the first president in history to be impeached twice. Meanwhile, Trump earlier on Friday said he would not attend president-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration.
