Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Friday that discussions between the government and the Canadian airline industry over how companies will be supported amid the coronavirus pandemic are ongoing, as both sides work to determine how Canadians’ interests will be protected. Trudeau said his administration expects regional routes will be protected and Canadians will be reimbursed for unused airfare.
