Republican Senator Lindsey Graham said on Thursday that Vice-President Mike Pence fulfilled his duty by not listening to Trump’s “illegal and unconstitutional” requests to reject electoral votes and instead formally certified president-elect Biden as winner of the presidential election. He added he’s disappointed by other Republican senators supporting Trump’s stance.
