The uncle of Jacob Blake, a Black man who was shot seven times in the back earlier this year by an officer in Kenosha, Wis., questioned on Tuesday why the officer’s “first instinct” was to draw his weapon in front of Blake’s children. The Kenosha County district attorney announced Tuesday that the officer who shot Blake would not be charged.
