Coronavirus: Will long-term care residents who have had COVID-19 get the vaccine?

While speaking at Wednesday’s briefing, a reporter asks Dr. Bonnie Henry about the impact the vaccine has on long-term care residents who have had a confirmed case of the virus. Dr. Henry says health officials don’t quite know how “long immunity after infection lasts.” A second question is also asked about taking the second dose of the vaccine and how B.C. officials plan to keep track of this information.
