Toronto mayor John Tory and Toronto’s chief medical officer of health Dr. Eileen de Villa reacted to news of the approval of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine on Wednesday. Dr. de Villa called the approval “wonderful news,” saying it adds “one more tool to our toolkit” to fight COVID-19.
