Israel began its COVID-19 vaccination drive on Saturday with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu being among the first to get the shot. Shipments of the Pfizer vaccine began arriving last week in the country, with Moderna and AstraZeneca vaccines also on order. The country expects to have enough doses by the year’s end for the 20 per cent of the population most vulnerable to COVID-19 complications.
