B.C. senior with severe lung disease says despite having medical note, he is often refused service for not covering up

B.C.’s Office of the Human Rights Commissioner is tonight launching a public campaign clarifying mask exemptions. Masks are mandatory in indoor public spaces across the province but many people are still being refused service, despite having medical notes. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, one of them is an Okanagan senior, whose condition makes it nearly impossible to cover up.
