When Vaughan chef Stephanie Lo was laid off at the start of the pandemic, she decided to prepare and deliver meals to Toronto’s encampment residents. With the plan to feed more than 1,000 homeless a Christmas dinner meal, she set up a GoFundMe, which recently surpassed her $10,000 goal. Susan Hay has more.
