The Alberta government is expanding the province’s free, self-isolation hotel room availability for any Albertans living in areas hard hit by COVID-19 who are unable to isolate at their home. As Julia Wong reports, eleven communities — nine in Edmonton and two in Calgary — have been identified as having the highest rates of COVID-19 transmission in the province.
