Quebec Premier François Legault said while he was happy to see the province is doing better in most health indicators than other countries during the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, he was concerned about hospitalizations after there was a net increase of 69 people in hospital, with 959 hospital beds now occupied by COVID-19 patients.
