‘Historic day’: First Quebecer receives coronavirus vaccine as rollout begins

Health Minister Christian Dubé said on Monday that a resident of a long-term care home in Quebec City has become the first Quebecer to receive a COVID-19 vaccination, calling it a “historic day” as the province rolls out its first batch of vaccines in long-term care homes for residents and staff.
