Dr. Francis Collins, the director of the National Institute of Health, on Sunday’s Meet the Press said that even as the COVID-19 vaccine rolls out, people will need to continue to wear masks for a time including those who receive the vaccine. He also stressed approval of the vaccine was based on scientific decision making and has been subjected to a high level of scrutiny.
