Retired Gen. Rick Hillier, who’s leading Ontario’s COVID-19 vaccine rollout, said Friday the province decided “to err on the side of caution” by reserving doses of the vaccine to everyone will be able to receive two doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. He said as more doses arrive, and they “develop more confidence in the vaccine supply,” they will reassess this plan.
