Kelowna city council starts process to replace Parkinson Recreation Centre

82.8 million dollars, that’s how much Kelowna city staff suggested it could cost to replace the Parkinson Recreation Centre in their 10-year capital plan.
Although at this stage it’s too early to predict the exact cost, the process of replacing the aging recreation centre began today, as city council debated the 2021 financial plan.
