A few weeks ago Global News reported on a COVID-19 outbreak at Ste. Anne’s Hospital for veterans west of Montreal. A 97-year-old veteran of the Second World War living in the long-term care facility is speaking out to thank workers for their efforts. But as Global’s Dan Spector reports, his words for the facility’s management are not as heart-warming.
