Coronavirus: Dubé declines to say whether Quebec will make COVID-19 vaccines mandatory

Quebec’s Minister of Public Health and Social Services, Christian Dubé, declined on Monday to say whether the province would ultimately make COVID-19 vaccines mandatory, saying he is focused instead on ensuring people are vaccinated that are “very at risk.”
